The website www.thebtclub.com and the brand "The BT Club" are owned and operated by IVS Fashion Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of India ("the Site", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

1. Products & Availability

Products are offered for sale subject to availability and stock. Information is updated in real time, but non-substantial errors may occasionally appear, which you acknowledge and accept. We cannot be held liable if an order is cancelled due to stock depletion. If a product delivered does not conform to its description, you may exercise your right to an exchange or store credit in accordance with our Returns & Exchange Policy.

2. Pricing & Payments

We aim to offer great-quality products at fair prices. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change at any time without notice.

• Prepaid orders (UPI / Card / Wallet / Net Banking) receive a 10% instant discount, applied automatically at checkout, plus free express shipping.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders carry a ₹50 handling fee.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, and to cancel or refuse any order, including where pricing or product information was inaccurate, at our discretion.

3. Orders & Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse, as described in our Returns & Exchange Policy and FAQs. We may limit or refuse orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by resellers or that breach these Terms.

4. Your Account

To place an order or access certain features you may need to create an account and provide accurate information such as your name, phone number, address and email. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. IVS Fashion Pvt Ltd is not liable for any misuse of your account by a third party who gains access to your credentials.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including designs, prints, images, text, logos and the "The BT Club" brand — is owned by or licensed to IVS Fashion Pvt Ltd and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, copy, sell or exploit any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Site and all products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IVS Fashion Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased through it.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
