Returns & Exchange Policy

We value your experience and aim for complete satisfaction. This policy is effective for all orders placed on thebtclub.com.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for non-sale items, in original, unused, unwashed condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-returnable (hygiene):

Boxers, shorts, bodysuits, crop tops, tank tops and baby tees.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee — Prepaid orders only*

Applicable only to orders placed on or after 24 June 2026.

Prepaid orders can be refunded to the original payment method within 7 days of delivery, in these specific cases only:

  • You received the wrong item; or
  • You received a damaged or defective item; or
  • A genuine size / fit issue — provided the item is returned 100% original, unused and unwashed, with all tags and packaging fully intact.

*Every return is verified by our quality team on receipt. This guarantee does not apply to change-of-mind, to items that are used, washed, worn or altered or returned without their original tags, to sale or flash-sale purchases, or to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. COD orders are eligible for exchange or store credit only — no bank refund.

Refunds

Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method only in the eligible cases above; otherwise store credit. COD orders: store credit / coupon only — no bank refund. Bank-account refunds are applicable on prepaid orders only.

Exchanges

  • Accepted within 7 days of delivery for non-sale items.
  • Priced higher: pay the difference upfront via a prepaid method.
  • Priced lower: balance issued as store credit (The BT Club Gift Card).
  • Sale items and baby tees, tank tops, crop tops, bodysuits, boxers and shorts cannot be exchanged.

Process

1. Initiate: call +91 9035569429 / +91 9220808544 or email support@thebtclub.com with photos/videos.
2. Approval: reviewed within 48 hours; reverse pickup arranged if approved.
3. Packaging: pack securely in the original packaging.
4. Resolution: processed after the item is received and passes inspection.

Other Conditions

Cancellation: only before the order is dispatched.
Covered defects: loose stitching, discoloration, uneven dye, excessive pilling, missing parts, tears or frays.
Not covered: improper washing/care, normal wear and tear, alterations, accidental damage or misuse.
