How can I pay?

We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, EMI and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with a ₹100 handling fee. Bank-account refunds are applicable on prepaid orders only.

We dispatch orders within 1–4 business days, and pan-India delivery typically takes 7–10 business days (free express shipping on prepaid orders). Delivery partners include Bluedart, Delhivery, FedEx, DTDC, DOTZOT and India Post.

We offer 7-day easy returns and exchanges. Refunds are issued as store credit (a The BT Club Gift Card); we do not refund to bank accounts except under the prepaid money-back guarantee below. Items must be unused, unwashed and have all original tags and packaging intact.

Prepaid orders can be refunded to the original payment method within 7 days of delivery, in these specific cases only:

• You received the wrong item; or
• You received a damaged or defective item; or
• A genuine size / fit issue — provided the item is returned 100% original, unused and unwashed, with all tags and packaging fully intact.

*Every return is verified by our quality team on receipt. This guarantee does not apply to change-of-mind, to items that are used, washed, worn or altered or returned without their original tags, to sale or flash-sale purchases, or to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. COD orders are eligible for exchange or store credit only — no bank refund.
