What do I do if my payment goes through but I don't get an order confirmation?

Delivery

Time Period

TheBTclub offers Pan India delivery within 1-4 business days. Our Delivery partners are Bluedart, Delhivery, Fedex, DTDC, DOTZOT, USPS, UPS, and India-Post to name a few.

Exchanges

We have a 7-day free and easy, no-questions-asked exchange for the same or different products right from your doorstep, or store credit in case of returns. No refunds in bank due to the high cost of shipping and exchanges we do not want to pass on to our customers. Extremely sorry for that though!

All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
