This Privacy Policy explains how IVS Fashion Pvt Ltd, owner of the brand "The BT Club" ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from www.thebtclub.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you consent to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Device Information: when you visit the Site we automatically collect your device and browser type, IP address, time zone, cookies on your device, the pages/products you view, referring websites/search terms, and how you interact with the Site.

Order & Account Information: when you make (or attempt) a purchase or create an account, we collect your name, billing and shipping address, phone number, email address and payment information. We do not store your full card/UPI credentials — these are processed securely by our payment partners.

"Personal Information" in this policy means both Device Information and Order Information.

2. How we collect it

• Cookies — small data files placed on your device. Learn more and disable them at allaboutcookies.org.
• Log files — record your IP address, browser type, ISP, referring/exit pages and date/time stamps.
• Web beacons, tags and pixels — used to record how you browse the Site (including advertising and analytics pixels described below).

3. How we use your information

• Fulfil and deliver your orders (process payments, arrange shipping, send invoices and order confirmations).
• Communicate with you about orders, support, offers and updates (email, SMS, WhatsApp and calls, where permitted).
• Screen orders for fraud and risk.
• Improve and optimise the Site, and measure the performance of our marketing and advertising.
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. Advertising & analytics partners

We use the following tools to measure and improve our marketing. They may set cookies and receive certain event data (which can include online identifiers, and hashed identifiers such as your email or phone number) to attribute and optimise ads:

• Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram) — we use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure, attribute and optimise our ads and to show you relevant ads. Manage your preferences in your Facebook Ad settings.
• Google — we use Google Analytics and Google Ads (including enhanced conversions) to understand traffic and measure ad performance. Manage ads via Google Ad settings, opt out of Analytics with the GA opt-out add-on, and read Google's policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

You can also opt out of interest-based advertising via the NAI, DAA and Your Online Choices portals.

5. Sharing your information

We share Personal Information only with service providers that help us run our business, and as required by law. These include:

• Shopify — our e-commerce platform (privacy).
• Razorpay — payment processing.
• Google and Meta — analytics and advertising (above).
• Logistics partners — Bluedart, Delhivery, FedEx, DTDC, DOTZOT and India Post, to deliver your orders.
• Communication tools — email, SMS and WhatsApp providers used to send order and marketing messages.

We may also disclose your information to comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests (such as a subpoena or warrant), or to protect our rights.

6. Payment security

Payments are processed by PCI-DSS-compliant providers (Razorpay and Shopify). Card and net-banking transactions are encrypted in transit. We do not store your full card numbers, CVV or UPI PIN.

7. Data retention

We retain Order Information for our records and to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations, unless and until you ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention requirements).

8. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your Personal Information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and review our safeguards.

9. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your information may be processed and stored by our service providers on servers located outside India (for example, in the United States or the European Union). Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
