Welcome to The BT Club! We value your shopping experience and aim for complete satisfaction. Below is our detailed policy, effective for all orders placed on thebtclub.com.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for non-sale items.

Non-Returnable Products:

Due to hygiene standards, the following items are non-returnable: Boxers, shorts, bodysuits, crop tops, tank tops, and baby tees.

Condition for Returns:

Items must be in original, unwashed, and unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Refunds

Refunds are issued as store credits/coupon codes only via a The BT Club Gift Card. No bank refunds are provided.

Exchange Policy

Price Difference Handling:

  • If the new item is priced higher, the difference must be paid upfront.
  • If the new item is priced lower, the balance will be issued as a store credit.

Non-Exchangeable Products:

Sale items and products like baby tees, tank tops, crop tops, bodysuits, boxers, and shorts cannot be exchanged.

Return & Exchange Process

1. Initiate Request: Call +91 9220709087 or email support@thebtclub.com with photos/videos of the product.

2. Approval: Our team will review your request within 48 hours and arrange a reverse pickup if approved.

3. Packaging: Pack items securely in their original packaging.

4. Resolution: Store credits (refunds) or new items (exchanges) are processed after the return is inspected.

Other Conditions

Order Cancellation:

Cancellations are only possible before the order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Covered for Exchange (Manufacturing Defects):

Loose stitching, fabric discoloration, uneven dye, excessive pilling, missing parts, tears, or frays.

Not Covered:

Damage from improper washing, normal wear and tear, alterations, or accidental damage.
